Horrible experience
After 16 days, the item I ordered still hadn't come despite the promise of 7 day shipping. When I called, I sat on hold for 15 min until I was finally cut off. This happened two different days. An email reply first said they were closed (during normal business hours for every other company out there) and the person would follow up. He didn't until I emailed again and then I was told to call the store. That resulted in the 2nd time I sat on hold for nothing. Their webpage is supposed to let you track your order but the link just ran and ran showing a blank screen. This company is a joke. Do not waste your time.

ZIBDIRECT.COM BAIT AND SWITCH.
"I was sold a NEW Samsung 60"LED TV and had a USED 60"LED delivered to my home. I purchased a brand new Samsung 60"LED tv from Zibdirect.com and was sent out a used TV instead. When this matter was taken to management of ZibDirect.com it was taken as a joke. Pictures were sent to management and the only option that was offered was a slight discount. The problem with a discount is that if there is a problem with the product and it becomes a warranty issue with Samsung, the warranty may not be valid because of its history. I asked that a New TV be sent out and the current tv would be shipped back to Zibdirect when it arrived. They stated that it was their last tv of that model, My guess was that they sold us the tv and saw that they were out of stock, except for the one that was on the wall in their office. So rather then issue a refund or send a different tv, they sent an OLD/USED/SCRATCHED unit to me instead. I have also contacted Samsung's Corporate office as I am sure that they would not be happy with a company representing them in this manner. The product was a Samsung 60" LED 6300 series, it was shipped out on 10-25-2011 from zibdirect.com f*ckin terrible business practices http://www.bbb.org/new-jersey/business-reviews/electronic-equipment-and-supplies-dealers/zib-direct-in-roselle-nj-9010**** Do yourself a favor and google their name with reviews, keep in mind that they (zibdirect.com) can write as many positive reviews as they want to, but the negative reviews come from their customers hearts.

Horrible customer service!
Zibdirect - a wholesaler for electronics - shipped a defective Samsung TV to me after I waited for two weeks. Now, for the past four weeks, they have strung me along on how they are going to replace it. They claim that Samsung is being difficult and that they do not have any more TV's in stock. They refuse to answer my emails (Elliot and Henry) and they repeatedly give me the run around every time I call them (Henry is the manager and he still tells me what I want to hear, but fails to live up to his empty promises). Their customer service is pathetic and I would never use them again!
